Shannon closed my account with no proper explanation after she forgot to order my checks, citing I should use online banking, talking to me like i was a child. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Staff is good but man the last few years BB&T as a company has been making every little service slightly aggravating. It's silly and unnecessary. If I find some better products at another bank i'm about to leave. Customer service is good just the actual products seem to be lagging to the market.
