  Barbara is the absolute best State Farm agent I can't even begin to explain How awesome she is in every way possible I truly consider her to be a part of my extended family for the last 10 years she is taking excellent care of me when it comes to my insurance needs not only has she gone above and beyond when it comes to explaining things policy wise and savings wise. She has done an outstanding job when it comes to providing me with age appropriate insurance for my future for that I am forever grateful to Barbara

  Kathy & Tom run a professional, no nonsense agency. They are accurate, fast and responsive to any request. Anyone you speak to in the office is well versed and capable ;and tha'ts an extraordinary pleasure when talking to an agency.   My initial experience was great. The agent I was working with then left and someone else took her clients. This person made many mistakes with my file such as mixing the members of my policy with my parents policy . ( we had two complete separate policies) I asked to switch agents. That agent also left , I was never notified, and I was back to the previous one. Truly dissatisfied with her customer service. I asked for her to call me back to confirm my cancelation and she did not so when I reached out again she said in a very rude tone " your policy has been canceled, that's what you wanted right?" as this is what I wanted I had asked for her to confirm the paper work I got corrected was what she needed. I then asked to speak to someone else and Kathy Shultze herself spoke to me. Again not the best customer service her tone of voice was as if she could care less and did not care to listen to my dissatisfaction with her team member at all , basically cut me off with saying they had canceled my policy and that was that.
